1 Introduction and Definitions

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing and withdrawing funds on 5k bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (by any method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals are made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Transactions through methods other than those approved are not accepted.
• Transactions via cryptocurrency or third parties are strictly prohibited.

If an unusual or suspicious transaction is detected, 5k bd reserves the right to place it on hold without prior notice and may request additional verification.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers from 5k bd are subject to specific conditions. Accepting a bonus is considered acceptance of the associated terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus giving a balance of ৳2,200; to withdraw the bonus a total of ৳12,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bonuses may only be usable on certain games — separate conditions apply to each offer.
• If an attempt to exploit the system in order to gain bonus advantages is detected, the account may be closed.
• 5k bd reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible once the required wagering has been completed.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

On 5k bd, all game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. There is no way to influence outcomes and no manipulation is possible.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Playing games using software bots or automated methods.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Gaining advantages by using multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of cheating or fraud.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a server error, disconnection or technical problem, 5k bd will use the last confirmed data to determine the result of that round. In such cases, 5k bd's decision is final.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

5k bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false identity or documents.
• Suspected fraud, bonus abuse or cheating.
• Involvement in money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• An order from a court or law enforcement authority.

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any bonus balance in that account will be forfeited. 5k bd will decide whether to return actual deposited funds based on the circumstances.
